Gammaherpesvirus Genomes
The aim is to provide an up-to-date set of annotated gammaherpesvirus genome sequences and comparison files in one place that can be easily downloaded and viewed in the sequence viewer/editor Artemis and the comparison programme ACT. The sequence files are based on genbank reference sequences with local editing and additions from recent publications. They are developed for use by the Stewart group and students but can be used by others with acknowledgement where appropriate.
